I had to replace the one on my boat and worked very well, just had to adapt how the coil was fastened to the boat which was minimal

So far this reasonably priced coil is doing fine. It has only been installed for a week,but so far no complaints.All resistance checks were in normal spec. The old stock coil was working fine, but it was building up outer corrosion,and outer plates were starting to separate.New coil was a descent stock replacement. This was used for a GM pickup that had all other ignition components already replaced. In this case noticing any real difference is a good thing. It does not come with a bracket so I had to just reuse the stock one. That can be a good thing because there are different brackets out there for the same IGC7 type coil,so you are probably better off using your stock bracket.
