I have had one of these for about 2 years now. It’s one of the most useful things I own. I have used it on my SxS and multiple vehicles a bunch of times and it’s only down to 35% charge. If it ever goes out I will definitely buy it again.

I recently purchased the Hulkman to start my Corolla at times when I neglect to drive it more than for a few short trips for a few weeks and my battery gets too low. The product arrived just three days after I ordered it, but I was anxious to try it out right away since I hadn’t been able to drive anywhere after my battery failed 4 days previous. I found the instructions a little vague in places, but after reading through twice, I felt confident I could safely get going. I plugged in the supplied usb cable and the display lit up and showed 78%. It took 20 minutes before changing to 79%, so I prepared for a long wait, but it only took 3 hours to get to 100%. I gathered my things, and the Hulkman and headed for my car. In the parking lot, I asked a neighbor to hang out for a few minutes, as suggested in the instructions. The jumper cables are so ridiculously short, it took a bit of hassle to get the battery close enough to make a connection. The battery didn’t have polarity labels anywhere in view, but another curious neighbor who passed by helped me make the right connection. Soon as I secured the clamps, the display came alive flashed “ready”. I jumped into my car, turned the key, and the motor sprung to life! I threw my hands up and cheered. This was an empowering moment! Somewhere, a AAA road service mechanic had an easier day, thanks to no call for help from me! I went to disconnect the cables and noticed the Hulkman had already turned itself off. Yes, despite struggling to understand instruction details and short cable challenge, the actual charging of the Hulkman, the jump start, and turning the unit off, were all as easy as connecting the right cable and the Hulkman did all the rest automatically. To top it off, the box it came in has a neat design for storing the cables and the battery. I decided to top off the Hulkman to be sure it was ready next time I neglect my Corolla. The display showed my single jump only reduced its capacity 1%. I am, obviously, very happy, and have good hope this little friend will be there to help for quite a while.

Se ve que no es el típico arrancador low cost, los materiales de construcción exteriores son de muy buena calidad, las lenguentas de las tapas de las conexiones son gruesas y de goma de buena calidad, las pinzas son de un tamaño considerable, al cogerlo en la mano se nota pesado, comparado con uno low cost, que presumiblemente tiene la misma capacidad de carga, el HUKKMAN, pesa el doble. La presentación del producto está muy trabajada, viene en una caja precintada en plástico transparente, para asegurarse que no está manipulado o devuelto por otra persona.
Lo negativo es que el maletín de trasporte hay que comprarlo a parte y no es barato.
Desde mí punto de vista, si se consigue de oferta un HULKMAN o un NOCO, te aseguras que la capacidad de la batería es real, no vale la pena invertir en arrancadores low cost.

I purchased two of these Alpha85 Smart JumpStarters to keep in my daughters’ cars as emergency backup, and they’ve proven to be excellent investments. The 2000 Amp power is more than sufficient for their vehicles (rated for up to 8.5L Gas and 6L Diesel engines), giving me confidence they’ll never be stranded with a dead battery.
What impressed me most was the substantial power in a relatively compact size. While it doesn’t fit in the glove box, we found it stores perfectly in the spare tire compartment, keeping it secure and out of the way until needed.
The unit comes fully charged and ready to use right out of the box, and the instructions are straightforward enough that my daughters understood them immediately.
The built-in safety features are reassuring, particularly the reverse polarity protection which prevents mistakes when connecting to a battery. The additional USB ports make it doubly useful as a power bank for charging phones during emergencies.
For any parent worried about their kids getting stranded with a dead battery, I can’t recommend this jumpstarter enough. It’s the perfect balance of power, reliability, and ease of use—exactly what you want in an emergency tool.

This device has saved me a number of times already. It is very well made and easy to operate. You simply charge it and its ready to go. to use it just connect it to your battery terminals and it will automatically activate and a message stating its ready will appear on the screen. At that point you can start the vehicle. Its a simple as that. I have a Tundra pickup with the 5.7l V8 and it turns it over without issue. This thing is worth every penny. Its a great addition to have in the event of an emergency. The device has a USB C port which can charge the device or be used to charge other devices like phones/tablets. It also includes a USB A port as well. It has a flashlight built in as well. So far this item gets 5 stars from me. If you need something like this you cant go wrong with this brand.

In genere non lascio molte recensioni su amazon, ma quando un prodotto merita, lo faccio. Questo è un ottimo avviatore d’emergenza, mi ha salvato già 4 volte, mantiene la carica per molto tempo, infatti quando l’ho utilizzato la prima volta erano passati mesi dall’ultima volta che l’ho caricato e quando mi è servito era sempre al 100% . La qualità dei materiali è ottima, si vede fin da subito che non si tratta della classica cinesata da 4 soldi, l’azienda è americana anche se il prodotto è stato fabbricato in Cina (come quasi tutto del resto) ; il consiglio che posso darvi: se siete alla ricerca di un avviatore di emergenza, prendete questo. Troverete sicuramente qualcosa di più economico ma ricordatevi che questi prodotti sono delle power bank, e sinceramente non mi fiderei di lasciare una cosa economica, fissa in auto. Prima di fare questo acquisto avrò letto tremila recensioni, non ho acquistato il primo che mi è capitato sotto agli occhi, quindi se ho scelto questo avviatore di emergenza, è perché è il migliore a livello di qualità/prezzo. Ps. Ho usato il prodotto su una fiat 500x 1.4 t-jet 120 cv gpl, la batteria era una 60ah con 540 di spunto.
Aggiorno la recensione perché veramente è un prodotto che merita: in questi mesi ho utilizzato questo avviatore d’emergenza anche su altre auto con batterie molto più grandi e sono sempre partite al primo colpo. Addirittura ha funzionato dove ha fallito un avviatore da migliaia di euro di un elettrauto quando si è trattato di far ripartire l’auto di un mio collega.

Starting my 6 cylinder car (car battery was at 30%) was completely successful (I have never heard the car start with such authority) and used 3% of its charge.
Impressed so far. Other jump start batteries I have tried have had short lives. Let’s see how long it lasts.

Amazing jump starter for the price, it starts up a dead battery instantly, and has great battery life itself. Depending how dead the battery is dictates how much of the jump starter battery is drained. Very compact to keep under your car seat for emergencies. Better to have it and not need it, than needing it and not having it kind of product.
