One of my vehicles is a modified turbocharged car. The intercooler cold side up pipe that connects to the chargepipe kept popping off under heavy boost, where the silicone hose was clamped down at. No matter how tight I’d get it, it’ll still do it periodically.
This is long enough that even with the pipe moving an inch or so during high boost, it’ll always still be a sealed connection. Have driven it hard for testing purposes and I’m confident it’ll never come loose.
The sleeve itself is thick and higher quality than your typical turbo pipe silicone sleeves.

This worked great to fix my outlet silicone coupler pipe that melted! I’m very satisfied with it and I would get it again! I wrapped it in a strong heat shield because it is next to the turbo exhaust manifold, hope it doesn’t happen again now!

The media could not be loaded.
I like everything about this hose. My car is turbocharged and the hose provided was too weak for the lbs my turbo was pushing. After installing this hose my car is running properly and the hose is holding up no problem.

Got a different turbo inlet pipe for my car that required a 3 in hose so I ditched the convoluted tubing for this. Fit like a glove. Like all silicone tubing I strongly suggest a little water hose grease so you can actually get the off when the time comes.
