Island Style –
My 2002 Mazda Protege LX was idling rough at stops, sputtering and at times shutting down (like turning off the key). The check engine light did not come on. This part fit perfectly and worked wonders. The motor is smooth at stops, zero sputtering and no shut offs. This product installs easily (10-15 minutes max). The Camshaft Position Sensor is highly accessible (located on the passenger side, lower left corner, top of the head cover).
