I never knew these existed until I borrowed my buddy’s. Wow!! Dripless filling of the batteries?? Done with the turkey-baster (almost). I still need it for two of the cells that are too close to the edge of the car. One start off because, if the tip were a bit longer, it would get into the edge cells. This one is better than my buddy’s, in that you can fill it from the top while it’s sitting on the workbench. My buddy’s only fills from the spout, and it’s tricky to refill it.

Despite the claim that automotive batteries are maintenance free, they’re actually reduced maintenance. That means we still need to check and occasionally top off the distilled water if you want them to last. I had one of these fillers years ago, but lost it in many moves. I had been using a turkey baster to add the water for my vehicles and lawn mower. Now it’s so much easier once again and a very good price as well.

When I decided to add more fluids to my four-year-old batteries I decided since this is specific fluid I’d like to use the right tools for the right job rather than using some other container and I’m glad I did. It does just fine and filling the portals on the batteries without spilling

What I like about this product is the ease of using it to fill our golf cart batteries. We have eight batteries. It is so important to keep the water level up to ensure the life of the batteries.
With my old watering can water it would spill on the outside and it was difficult to keep everything dry. I love this product.
