Installed on a 2005 Sienna that had bumper replaced with H3 fog lights so cut off and converted the H11 to H3 plug. Also installed the MIFMIA h3 led bulb. If you don’t want the button illuminated all the time (battery drain) then don’t wire the positive cable (red) to the battery. Get a fuse tap and connect it in the fuse box, I tapped into the headlight low beam fuse this way the button and fog lights will only turn on when the lights are on. Bonus, if you leave the fog light button pushed they will turn on as soon as you turn on the headlights 🙂

I had to cut a slit in the wiring boot where the firewall lets all the electrical wires into the cabin from the engine bay. This is due to the fact that the switch terminal is prewired, which is good for the connection but awful for installation through the port & boot in the firewall. Other than that, it’s a good kit.

they spliced the accessory and power cable together to make the LED on 24/7 the fix is to cut the #3 cable and then splice into an accessory fuse tap.

Simple harness to understand less installation than some of the other harnesses I’ve seen.

Fit 2023 Tacoma perfectly. Black plastic protective covering of wires from relay to switch in cab was bulky, so I removed the it from the firewall to the switch and replaced it with a long piece of shrink tubing so it would pass through the firewall grommet easier with a smaller hole in the grommet. The wiring to the switch is spliced in such a way that the switch stays illuminated even when the ignition is off. I did not want to deal with doing a fuse tap to eliminate this issue so I installed it as is. I have read that some folks are considered about this causing battery drain, but I another person said he had three of these switches that stayed illuminated all the time with no problem. Time will tell, but I going to be surprised if such a small light draws enough power to drain the battery.
