02 Volvo S60 2.4T. This belt was just too tight. Felt like so was going to break the steering pump pulley. Returned and got a Conti belt instead. May work for you.

After less than 100 miles, the new
“GOODYEAR”? belt destroyed itself. I was doing some routine maintenance and decided that I would replace the serpentine belt due to it having a few cracks because of it’s age. Fortunately I was close enough to home that the battery was strong enough to prevent having it towed.
I’m a retired Volvo mechanic and I’ve replaced hundreds, if not thousands of these belts,so I’m confident that I installed it correctly. I thought that the Goodyear name meant something. It used to. Unfortunately ,I’m out of the 30 day warranty. Maybe that’s a big clue to the quality.
