I was replacing my fuel pump module Delphi FG0053 Fuel Pump Module on my 2000 Sierra 4×4 and wanted all new parts so I ordered this lock ring as well. The old ring was rusty (as I figured) so this part was just what I needed. It’s from ACDelco so I knew I was receiving a quality part. No problems at all installing this ring, it went right on with a little persuading (hammer and punch) but worked like a charm! As usual, Amazon delivered faster than I expected. Thanks again Amazon for having quality OEM parts and fast shipping. Truck is back on the road and running like new!

The fuel lock ring was rusted out on our truck and leaking fuel. We got this one which is a quality part and fit like it should. It was easy to install because it was on our dump truck. Great price and got the job done. No more leaks.

Bought new pump/sending unit to fix problem with fuel gauge, was hard to get off the old lock ring as it was too rusty and brittle to knock it undone with a hammer and punch. I’d suggest buying a lock ring removal tool, I didn’t want to wait for one or pay money so I just welded up something out of scraps real quick which popped it off no problem. New lock went on and locked on real good tight fit. Looked and felt good quality, highly suggest purchasing this if your taking off your pump, I wouldn’t of wanted to put my old one back on. 5/5

Easily replaced the tuff to remove original. Good quality and price.
Functioned as intended.
Be sure to clean clean clean, before taking old stuff off, then inside the tank as well, so it all stays good when it’s back on road.
