These are OEM so they are obviously a direct replacement. Easy install as OEM parts should be. I bought these from this seller because I literally bought two of them for the price of one at my local parts dealer. And received them they very next day on a Sunday!! The sensor was just as described and it was delivered on time. Was happy with the price as well, the same o2 from a gm dealer was 95.00, so a good savings.
