Had to return didn’t fit my truck.

This replaced the OE which failed. I expect this one to fail also. GM had these supplied from a Chinese factory. They are a magnetic type switch rather than a mechanical. The old one tested “on” at all times. This caused a display every time the truck was started. Annoying. At first I disconnected the electrical connector and put that inside a sealed plastic bag for protection.
I decided to get it working again in case I sell this truck. 2011 Sliverado LT. Only has 31,000 miles so might keep it. But this part is cheap enough to replace.
It’s not a difficult job. Removed the upper screws where there is a second battery tray. This loosens the fluid bottle. Underneath in the wheel well I could reach up and wiggle the old unit out. Replace with new one, connect electrical and replace upper screws.
The upper screws were not all the same length so I marked each hole where the longer one went.
Now it functions again..

This worked perfectly for our 2013 Tahoe LT Z71 model. Cleared the “low windshield washer fluid” message, right away! All parts included worked perfectly and it’s a genuine AC Delco part. Not that terribly hard to change too. Took me less than an hour.

The low washer fluid light on my Chevy Silverado was constantly on, and after some research, I determined the likely culprit was a faulty level sensor. I replaced it with this genuine GM product, and the issue was resolved immediately. It’s a reliable replacement part that fits perfectly and works as expected. Highly recommend for anyone facing a similar problem.

Fit my 2011 Silverado 1500. Watch a YouTube video and it will only take you less than 15 minutes to install. This got rid of my “window washer fluid low” message that I would always get even if I had washer fluid topped off and full.
