If you’re doing a timing belt, this kit is a must buy, especially for higher mileage cars. This kit includes the tensioner pulleys and the 2 timing belts. First of all, the quality is great. I used this belt for a timing belt job on a 1996 Honda Accord EX F22B1. Having done another timing belt job using Honda OEM parts, Gates timing belt is comparable because the balancer belt from Honda is from Gates.
All the tensioner pulleys I received were Koyo, who are famous for their bearings. Upon further examination, these tensioner pulleys are the same brand that came from the factory, so I know it is good.
What I think is the best part of buying this kit is the small instructions manual on how to install these belts and torque specs on major bolts. Though I still recommend getting a factory service manual.
I will be using Gates timing belt kit for my other cars. Definitely trustworthy!

This review addresses a problem with this product and my concerns regarding Amazon’s customer service (lack thereof actually.)
I bought this kit for my 1996 Honda Accord LX. After choosing from all the options Amazon provided in each category regarding my car (year, make, model, engine), the website identified this kit as being appropriate for my Accord. Unknown to me (and to Amazon as well I suspect since they offer only one 4-cylinder engine option) Honda used two different 4-cylinder engines in the ’96 Accords. And unfortunately for me the timing belt in this kit is for the alternate engine. The appropriate belt for my Accord has 113 ribs while this belt has 112 which makes a surprisingly significant difference! There was no way I could mount this timing belt at all (even with undue and inappropriate force!) while the correct belt (bought at a local AutoZone store for $17.99) slipped on easily. And in what seems odd to me regarding this Amazon item, when I checked AutoZone’s website afterward they show that this kit’s timing belt is for the less commonly used engine (32% vs. 68%.) I would have expected that if Amazon doesn’t know what they’re doing in this situation, they’d at least be erring on the side of the more common engine.
The other parts in the kit (cam balancer belt, idler and tensioner pulleys, springs) fit my engine so I expect they’re appropriate for any 4-cylinder ’96 Accord.
What I find very bothersome (and revealing!) now and part of the reason for the 2-star rating is that from what I can determine I have no direct recourse with Amazon regardng this problem. I’ve looked for and can’t find a Customer Service link. And I’ve tried the Returns link but Amazon provides nothing there that fits this situation. Their only offer there was for me to return the item but I had already opened it and installed more than half the parts before I discovered the timing belt wasn’t the correct one. So I suppose I need to just be ‘happy’ that this was a relatively inexpensive lesson in ‘buyer beware’ with purchases from Amazon. And while I can’t say I won’t buy from Amazon in the future, Amazon will certainly no longer be the first place I check when looking to purchase something (which I had been doing routinely recently.)
Update: Using information I found in Amazon’s customer review guidelines after writing the above, I did discover how to contact customer service (go to Customer Feedback at the bottom of the page for your specific item.) In brief, from that link I was able to contact a customer service rep who apologized for the problem and told me he will request a refund for the amount I paid at AutoZone to replace the belt. I really can’t ask for more and have upgraded my review to 5 stars (and I’ve had my confidence in Amazon restored.) I would have just removed my review except I think it’s still necessary to keep the caution in place regarding this kit not being appropriate for all ’96 Accords. Trying to install this timing belt and then eventually finding and purchasing the correct one locally easily added 3+ hours to what I thought was going to be an afternoon project.

Local parts stores try to charge 2-3x the price of Amazon on these parts. Be smart and shop around first.
The belts were a perfect fit and the tensioners were Koyo branded (the OE manufacturer for Honda). The kit also comes with the (2) Tensioner springs to replace your old worn out ones. This was an added bonus as the only other place that sells them seems to be Honda, and they are almost never in stock.

Kit appears to be great quality at the best price I could find. These are the true OEM belts for a 2002 accord. The pulleys are not technically OEM but are of Gates quality.

I installed this set on my 96 EX Accord with a 4 cylinder VTEC engine. This Gates timing belt component kit is a great quality set and comes with the balance belt + tensioner, timing belt + tensioner, and the two springs for the tensioners. I used a Honda OEM water pump because I already had it on the shelf. In the past I have bought the Gates timing belt component kit that included the water pump (TCKWP244) and have not had a problem. Could not be happier with the quality.
It also came with a little yellow sticker (like an oil change reminder sticker) that you can use if you want. I guess you could stick it under the hood somewhere to remind you when you changed the belts.
The price on this set was great too! I typically find better prices for auto parts through online sellers. This is the first time I check Amazon’s price on this product and they were about 10% cheaper than the vendor I typically use. Combine that with free shipping and I could not be happier with the price.
