If you have a 2nd gen dodge ram with the cummins turbo diesel and you deleted your ac and are running the shorter belt you have to run the stock pulley with the ridges riding facing down. This is a perfect replacement for that as it is grooved and doesn’t let your belt slide around. Just remove the tensioner, replace swap the pulleys and your good to go. A little blue locktite never hurts on the bolt threads. Really nice quality steel, not plastic. Have had 0 issues since install.
