Let me guess. You replaced your fuel filler neck and you found after some unreasonably short time that gasoline was leaking when you fill your 1997-2003 F150.
Buy this now. Stop pissing money all over the gas pump lane.
The angle is a little bit different than the original, but nothing that gravity cares about. Like everyone on these reviews said, trim an inch or two from each end and slap it together. Done.

Perfect fit for 2001 Ford F150 XLT 5-Speed with 4.2 V6 engine.
After cutting off about 3.5 inches, slightly lubing the metal filler pipe and the tank pipe, she went on easily.
Had to replace the original after it fell apart while dropping the tank to replace the fuel pump.
Originally tried one of those after market flexible/bendable (wire bound) 1.5 inch pipes from O’Reilly’s but it was far to stiff to get on and when I had to drop the tank a second time I could not get it back on.
This product went on smooth as silk.

For the money yes! Ford wanted $60 for the same hose. Had to cut to fit and it seems to work fine.

I have used this filler hose on both a 2003 Ford E150 van with 5.4 engine and a 2001 Ford F150 truck with 5.4 motor. This is good quality reinforced hose with the nylon cording inside for added strength. Only had to trim them the proper length with a sharp razor blade. On the E150 van I did not have to drop the tank, a nice blessing!…Just on the tank inlet had to use a super small 1/4 inch rachet to get to the hose clamp…no screwdriver will fit in there. On the F150 the tank had to be dropped to do the job but it also needed a new fuel pump so it was done all at once. This is coming from a 25 year ASE master technician.

I looked everywhere for a gas filler hose for my 2003 Ford F-150.
Most places had very high prices for this item, many over $100
I found this hose on Amazon and saw in the reviews that someone said it fit their F-150.
For $30 I thought to take a chance.
I found that it fit perfectly with only one minor modification.
All I had to do was cut 2 inches off both ends and that placed the bend in the correct spot.
A couple of hose clamps and my repair was complete.
If you need a gas filler hose for your F-150 in that year-range, this is the one.

Ordered this for replacement of my 2001 f150 fuel filler neck hose. The angle was exact so I trimmed the hose to fit. Other sellers were asking 55.00 for this little fuel hose. This is an exact match up.

I needed to replace two short rubber sections in the bespoke multi-piece filler neck on my F53 chassis motorhome (2000 Airstream.) Everywhere else I looked wanted to sell me a 4 foot section for $80+. I bought this, cut it in half, and presto change-o, no more gas on the ground for $20.
