Overall, this fits my 2012 SLK350. You can find the entire cap assembly for the same price as this.

Does not work on c208; too small to install and even if you could the molded in retention ring on the ID is located too far from the end to engage the retention groove on the cap. Also twice as wide as the original and what I received is different from the picture. False advertisement and just the wrong part for the listed application.

This is a really good product if you need a replacement for your gas cap. It’s very easy to install, even though it doesn’t come with any instructions. What I do like is the gasket really makes a difference at least for me. I have an older vehicle and started to smell fuel in the garage. Once I switched out the gasket, no more fuel smell. It has a great price point, it’s easy to install and I would definitely recommend.
