I got this to replace the gas-cap on my 2015 Honda CRV. It works well. It took a bit of time to remove the lanyard attachment. I had to remove the gas cap cover from the car and then using needle-nose pliers to get the attachment off from the back-side.
Using a small screwdriver to open the attachment. Replace the lanyard end and then re-assemble everything.
I did have an issue with the gas-cap warning light come on the day I installed this… but I removed and re-attached the cap making sure I clicked it a few times. The warning hasn’t come on since.

As advertised, this replacement fits my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. My original gas cap stopped sealing properly, and my Accord started displaying an error code. I was able to remove the old anchor with a pair of needle-nose pliers and use it to install the new cap in under 5 minutes.
The tether, on the other hand, is shorter and doesn’t rotate as smoothly as on the OEM cap, making it a little difficult to get the cap off and hook it into the fueling holder. For the price, it’s fine, and I don’t need to fuel up that often. But I wouldn’t buy this particular one again.

Maybe it’s me, but I couldn’t figure out how to reconnect the toggle so that I wouldn’t have to hold the gas cap when I take it off. That’s how I lost it in the first place. Works perfectly, but it is not attached to my car.
