This item did not last long at all .Must have been made in China .It seems that the cold weather has degraded the strenth of its composit . Its only been in use for 4kmiles and I went to open the fuel inlet and the cap desintegrated in my hand . ????? REALLY !

The gas cap worked well except now it’s been used for a month and it does the same as te last one loose up and doesn’t fit tightly

After a few months, this cap came apart. The cap came loose from base so the top would spin, but would not turn base, so it couldn’t be removed. Luckily I discovered it before I really need gas. It was a brutal job to remove.

OEM eqivalent. A very good seal when in place. I have purchased after market caps before that didn’t seal as well. A great purchase. Go OEM when possible.
