The outward appearance and build seem equal to the OEM cap. The clicks are the same. The seal is beefier and the vent screen is a different, but these are probably just upgrades to the original cap. No reason to spend more for an OEM replacement.

Gifted this to a friend with a 2007 Honda Accord and they said it’s just as good for a non OEM. Their original one was beat up and not tightening as it should. To me it looks well-built, strong and not cheap. Some OEMs are good, some aren’t. This one works so it’s a no-brainer.

Fits like a champ. No warning lights so it functions exactly as it supposed to. Nice positive seal for the protection of the expensive gas in your tank. Nice price for a replacement fuel cap. True OEM caps are almost three times the price SSI I just replace them every year or so.
