I ordered this for my restoration project. That said this arrived as described and on time.
The quality of plastic is much better than I imagined, its easy to use and best of all looks really good.
This changes the look of my vehicle and makes it a little more modern. I’m pleased with it and recommend it.

I am using this to replace the existing fuel filler tank cap on my 2023 jeep wrangler JL. Did not follow the instruction shown on the product page as it does not quite work on a brand new untouched jeep (latches are not easily removed just by plying!). Found the correct installation video on another brand Sava* on Amazon! Installation does take up 20-30 mins or so. The cover is aluminum with the rest as ABS plastic. This is a generic part and so price may be a factor in purchase. Overall I like this much better than the original exposed open design of the Jeep fuel cap!

I got this fuel cap door to replace a previous different brand. I will attach photos. The photo showing the gap between the door assembly and the Jeep body is of the old door. On the old door the plastic “clips that hold it tight were not holding properly. The other photos show this new door installed. Installation was easy with just removing the left rear tail light. I took many photos intending to do an installation video, but there are many out there. If I decide to make the video, I’ll update review. This is described as aluminum. The door is aluminum. The rest of the housing is plastic.

This gas cap cover is super easy to install. It took about 5 minutes. The cover is aluminum and the housing is plastic. There is also a gasket between the panel of the jeep and the cover housing. My Sport didn’t come with a cover so this is a nice new look. It does not come with a gas cap.

Got gas with this new fuel door installed, it is difficult to fit the nozzle in with the location of the cap. I got the nozzle stuck. Pulled so hard I almost fell to the ground. Followed install guide. Also, the install almost fell apart bc of me pulling so hard with the stuck nozzle

Have to get it installed but I’ve confirmed it will fit my 23 wrangler! It’s so nice and strong .

Having a door over my gas cap really made a difference in the appearance of my Jeep Wrangler Sport. It went on fairly easy too. The only problem I have is that it does not fit against the side of the Jeep as tight as the original OEM part. I’m hoping this will not cause problems in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by this gas cap. It’s heavy and is of solid construction. It was packaged well and arrived in good condition. I reviewed the instructions and also referenced YouTube videos for this installation. From start to finish it was about 20 minutes and that was taking my time. It’s been on my Jeep for about a month and results have been great. I recommend not trying to fully disconnect the tail light – just fold it out of the way or support it with a bungee. Overall, I like the look.
