This kit is often recommended as upgraded fuel line for cheap Chinese diesel heaters. It DOES work for that, but I suggest taking a piece of larger line (possibly the line you are upgrading), and slide over the new line in any places where there will be significant bends, to protect the new line from kinking.
D. Payne –
So you get five connectors and 10 clips, but if you’re installing a diesel heater, you need six and 12. Also the tubing is very hard to shove into the connectors. Good luck getting it in more than a half inch or so. I tried rubbing the tubing with soap and beeswax, but neither made any difference. The clips seem to be of reasonable quality. We’ll see how long this holds up.

It’s nice that there are two sizes of plastic hose in this kit. Hose clamps worked well.

Good quality but it only has 5 connection fittings (black hose) when it needs 6. The system is set up without considering a fuel filter.

This is good stuff. You might want another one or two hose connectors, you know the black pieces. Other than that I’m very happy. I recommend them. The clamps that come with it are outstanding

Product performed as advertised. there was enough clamps hard line and hose to convert two all in one diesel heaters from soft green line to hard line.

You may not need this as soon as you buy a parking heater, But I recommend you have this kit on hand because the soft tubing just isn’t the best for a fuel line over the long haul in my opinion. Better to have this on hand so if or when you need it. You’ll have it and no down time.

This thinner hose resolved my diesel Heater problem of excessive smoking and then shutting down. Original flex fuel line allowed air to be trapped in line which caused the heater to smoke and eventually shut down.
