We left gas in our mower last winter, and it ruined the carburetor. This tank is all in one. It took about 5 minutes to install and has worked very well. I appreciate the savings. This was a good value after-market part.

Part that came was a good looking part it resembled the original OEM part only issue I came a crossed was the bolt hole that attached the tank to the support strap fixed this by removing the strap and opened the holes by a 1/16 of an inch to have enough play to get the tank to bolt to support strap.. works as intended and very happy with the function

Great product. Fixed my 24 year old mower that wouldn’t prime… Mine didn’t have the screw in the bottom of the carburetor bowl – air filter screw went right in. Needed the M6 x 1 metric screw. Didn’t need to re-drill the governor linkage hole. Bent the metal shroud a little bit instead of filing or grinding the weld where the metric screw goes. Installed quick and mower started on second pull. Great inexpensive fix for an old mower.
Update : Worked great for the first three times I mowed. Then it wouldn’t prime. Removed the primer bulb and found a small spring & ball bearing that was part of the priming circuit, apparently. No way to replace them where they belong. Now it’s useless.

OEM part no longer available for my mower. This unit looked to be the part needed. Installation was very easy with only two minor issues that caused me to rate installation as a “4” : 1 – The screw in the carburetor barrel did not back out completely but I was able to finish removing it with some needle nosed pliers. 2. The threaded attachment point on the right side of the tank was for a M6 – 1.0 bolt. Had one handy and used it instead of the original bolt. The air filter screw went in to the newly opened hole with no problems. Fueled it, primed it a few times, and the engine fired up and ran like new. Very satisfied.

I purchased this thinking it was a bolt on replacement. it is not. Several pieces need to be salvaged from the original carburetor. This product is only feasible if you have those pieces and they are in serviceable condition

Bought this for a murray push mower I got from a friend. Original tank had gas leaking from the bottom, and this was an exact replacement and it fit perfectly. Definitely impressed with the quality of the product and the performance of the engine after installing this compared to the old tank!

It works good and functions, but the carburetor seems to have issues. 3 quarters of a tank and it won’t run unless it’s completely full. Seems to not have suction issues and wont pull gas in as needed to run. My old carburetor works 100% so I’ll use it instead. I just needed the tank, so I’m still happy with my purchase.

Installation was simple. It started right up. This is the second after market tank and carburator I have installed on my mower. First one lasted one season. I hope this one lasts longer.
