Worked as advertised. The one hole is slightly off center, as pictured in another review. However, it was easy to slightly enlarged the hole and fasten the regulator slide. Overall, good as it fixed my window to move up and down and staying in place.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE INFO BELOW!
When installing this, the door panel courtesy light MUST be plugged in before it will work! I had this one in and out several times trying to troubleshoot it before finding that simple fact out! Save yourself the grief I spent and plug it in when testing your install! There are two green wires that are just a ground loop to keep you from getting fingers or other body parts injured while installing it!
Review:
Window mechanism seemed about the same quality as the original, all the holes lined up and the plug worked perfectly! Once installed, it worked well. Just be careful to keep the window in it’s tracks as you are working so that it goes up and down really once installed. Very happy with the results!

This part doesn’t have the mounting plate for the motor. You have to take the plate from your own part.
The design version is different. But the mounting screw holes match. So I made it installed in my car.
The rail dimension is a little off, see pictures. This cause it a little difficult to install the screws. Extra time was needed to install the whole regulator.

I purchased 2 rear window regulators for $42 each, and got my mechanic to install it for me. Honda would have charged me $600-$1000 for parts and labor. I paid less than $250 for parts and labor. No issues so far.
