No problem with insulation and so far a well-built shock

Description and picture shows front and rear struts. When I opened the box it was missing the rears. I was unable to find any info on product support so the only options are to use the product or to return it. I would give a zero star rating for false advertising if I could.

Ordered the 4pcs set with the struts and springs only recieved 2 strust no springs. Do not buy

I am not 100% happy with my purchase. The rear shock is not compatible for the 2013 Hyundai Tucson.
