I used this in my motorhome. I like the ease of installation and being able to use a standard drill bit instead of a hole saw. It’s better than putting in a standard 12v outlet everywhere. Everything except for wiring can be done without having to reach behind the dash. The only thing I would change is the way the cover fastens. I’m not sure how I would pull the outlet out if needed. The cover snaps into place and hides the screws. The only way to get it off is to pry it from the back which may be difficult.

Compact,easy to mount.
Sofar ive only installed 1 in my houseboat.i havent confirmed the usb claimed amp output…..but it charges my phone just as quick as my 2 amp wall charger.
Before installing and snapping on the trim cover,the usb sliding cover kept falling off….lost the spring a few times,and found it later.once trim cover is installed the sliding dust cover doesnt fall out.
But its still pretty good for the price.

July 14 24,after a few uses its now a sliw charger.
My s22 ultra if ran down to 30% battery,once i plug in the display charge time is over 1hr 30m till full.
Thats really a good rate,and better overall for the devices battery,but nothing near 3.1 amp claimed output.
I also use the 2nd usb to pun my rv powered antenna,its suffered from the lack of amps and now has weak reception.

Used these to add USB outlets in our camper. We ran new wires off our existing lights and switches to add these. It took some trial and error because the camper wire and the new wires we bought and the wires on these were all different colors, but once we figured it out on one of them, the rest were easy going. We removed the slide overs on them – the springs are a bit stiff and they are hard to open. It’s good protection from dust, but we figured that was low risk in our camper. The blue light is obnoxiously bright. We ended up putting a piece of electrical tape over it, and that helped a lot. These were the best price I found and so far they seem to be working well. We can charge our phones without having shore power, and since we put an outlet by each bed, we can also use USB fans to keep air circulating.

I used these to replace some inoperative plugs on my trailer a they work great. Simple install and they look Nice also. I did remove the little doors that cover the usb hole but other than that I like these.

I had no trouble with them, but the spring doors are a pain for children to operate. Add to that, the blue light has become quite annoying, especially after the little doors come out… (removed for the sanity of my family). Other than that, they are functional, work as promised, and easily replaced the faulty units in my RV.
