Perfect fit. Easy to install. I expected it to have a scent but it does not. There are directional air flow arrows on the side and in the jeep the air blows from the bottom upward.
Don’t know why I waited so long to get this –
Jeep JKU air filters are weird all the auto parts store sold them in 2 halves, this one whole piece is the only shape that fits well in my wrangler.

Did some research to see how to replace and noticed some filters are one piece and some are 2 like this one. The 2 piece is much easier to replace and instantly made the cabin air fresher. Took about 10 miuintes to replace. Save yourself the trip to the dealer and DIY!

To think I’m ridin’ around TOTALLY unprotected, as my 2015 Wrangler had ZERO filter in place! What an easy fix!
Be aware, the 2015 has a single slot, not a slot for 2 filters as is often in the videos. You’ll also need to release the second clip (not just the one on the left, do the right too!) and squeeze it a bit to get it in. Once in place, you can easily rotate the filter and it’s IN. 5mins TOPS

I like that’s it’s not the split filter design like a lot of others, they can make a really annoying whistling noise at high fan settings. So far no issues with this one, will buy again!
Amazon said this would work in the JT Gladiator, it’s way too small, so I can only assume it won’t work in the JL Wrangler either. Amazon needs to update their info.
