I mean It’s a filter. My local shops don’t carry mine on the shelf forcing me to buy online. Fram is a trusted brand for me. I’m actually giving 7qt of their synthetic oil line a tryout in a 3.0i as of a week ago because the Mobile 1 is just to freaking high and I can’t justify it on a 206k mile engine. The air filter is good, as are their oil filters and thats not just this car. I’ve always used their products and have always been satisfied with their performance.

At first I went the cheap route and ordered a Pentius model air filter. That did not turn out so well.
Figured on the second go I would purchase something I knew would work, and get the job done, which is exactly what this does in a 2004 BMW 325xi.
Looks good, goes in easy, fits well, and includes a second layer of protection under the paper filter (mine was white, not black like the picture).
And with a MIR, for a total cost of under $10, you can’t beat it.

I purchased this Fram air filter for my E83 BMW. I have used numerous Fram products throughout the years without having any issues. The air filter was a direct fit and appears well made. Through many Fram air filters used by me, none created drivability or mechanical issues. They appear to properly filter air as required.

Easy to install product for my 2004 BMW X3. Can be done in your own garage without any additional tools. I would suggest going onto youtube to look for installation videos first

Got a good deal coupon from the Amazon deals automotive section its good all year I think so save some money. Fast shipping well packaged. I was surprised to find out that the dealer Mann filter had an extra white fiber type filter on the bottom of the paper filter. I was a little worried about whether the Fram would have this also, but when I took the Fram filter out of the box it had the same fiber type filter and was an exact fit for my 2003 BMW 325i. I have used Fram in my other vehicles and this filter is good quality at a lot lower price than the dealer charges I will definitely be ordering these again.

This air filter is perfect fit for e46 325i. Good price,good quality,fast shipping. It has the extra filter on the bottom,just like the OEM one,you cannot tell the difference.Fram products are always good quality.

The filter worked and fits our 2003 BMW 325i.
However I thought this had an extra bottom filter from the looks of it and turned out did not. False image advertising possible?
