I know many parents/kids leave their power wheels ride-on outdoor, exposed to all the weather elements. Apart from the battery, the shifter is the most vulnerable part, water gets into the shifter housing, although there’s a tiny drain hole down there, it usually get clogged and the 2 switches submerged in water and get corroded eventually. Then your power wheel will not move or shift properly. If this happens to you, this product is a perfect solution.

This is perfect fit for older style dune racer. (As pictured, shifter in middle.) Only a few bucks more than trying to find and install the right switches.
