Genuine Ford cable, exact fit with identical brackets and fittings as original (some aftermarket cables are not exact). Received the part very quickly – ordered evening and got early morning 2nd day from USPS – that is pretty great considering this occurred Christmas week busy season. The cable was pretty easy to replace, just followed a very good step by step (grease monkey fever) video online. Note that this cable has a tapered shield around the gas petal end which makes it easy to fish the new cable through the firewall to the pedal. Glad to get the vehicle back in service so quickly and easily.
