Im pretty sure i got a used package ( kit), it was beat up and all the pipes had minor dings and dents the exhaust tips were scratched as well.It was also missing the 3rd page of the instructions….But im a trucks guy and know its under the truck and nobody can see it, also have installed about 10 different flowmaster kits before, so I knew how to figure it out and make it work….It would be nice to have New tips, other than that it went on just fine. And sounds great.

I have a new 2020 Silverado w/5.3 that you could barely tell the thing was even running it was so quiet. I read review after review looking for a great cat-back system that not only sounded good but also didn’t break the bank and chose the Flowmaster and glad I did. I’m not a novice mechanic but this system could be installed by anyone with a little common sense and a few tools. No lift required but would help. I would have given it 5-Stars but nothing is perfect!!

If Auto Accessory Depot sells it, I wouldn’t recommend the purchase. 4 weeks without parts replaced that were missing. Left me without help. Had to take it upon myself to have a shop finish because the poor help from Auto Accessory Depot.. The system itself is very nice, Auto Accessory depot, NOT SO NICE!!!

Could definitely use better instructions luckily it’s pretty basic to understand what’s going on one of the hangers was a few inches off so I have to get it taken off and re welded but other than that it fits looks and sounds great

I installed this exhaust on my 2019 Silverado LTZ Crew Cab Shortbed. I took my time and had it installed in under two hours. It went on very easy and looks great. A nice rumble on cold startup and that settles down to a nice deep tone at idle. It is definitely noticeable in the cab but not obnoxious. Any time you hit the gas you can hear that sweet powerful sound!
There is very little drone in the cab which I was very nervous about initially. Once I get up to a constant highway speed I don’t notice any drone at all but there is slightly more noise in the cab. I expected that knowing this is a louder than stock dual exhaust. It would have been boring if the sound was only outside the cab.
I am very happy with this purchase!
