I have a 76 MG Midget, there is not much room for the fuel lines under the hood. When I redid my fuel lines, I added these sleeves in hopes that it would cut down on vapor locking. I have not had any issues since installing the sleeves, and they look like wire braided fuel lines.

Item was quite dirty but I don’t know if that is part of the heat resistance or needs to be cleaned I will have to do some more research but other than that seems well put together and comes with stainless steel zip ties I will probably use original fuel line clamps

Expends while installing. Shrinks with a pull when getting it singed down. Easy to work with. Wear gloves!!! . Fibers will get ya otherwise. Used it to insulate electrical to the sensor behind turbo. Original cutting shield got rutted . With extra material was able to wrap a fuel line that ran next by. Looks good with steel zip ties . Would buy again. Let see how it handles heat first.
