Well im doing the timing chain replacement on a 2valve 5.4 motor installed in an 01 F150. These grommets are part of the job, and so are the valve cover gaskets. Not sure why none of these items arent bundled together as a kit, but it would have been nice to get one item and have every single part needed for the job. How am i gonna do the timing chain replacement on my truck, and not need the valve cover gaskets? And how am i gonna need the valve cover gaskets, and not need the grommets as well? A proper job means changing all of the gaskets that had to be disturbed during the maintenance task. Theres nothing wrong with selling the items individually, but if ur gonna make up a kit, make sure it has the basic components necessary for a complete job.
