This product is very good for what it is intended. It is not intended to give a shiny coat to your tires like many tire polish products. It is intended to restore your tires to their natural appearance when new. It does this very effectively. To be honest, when I originally applied the product I was somewhat disappointed in that it didn’t give more of a wow appearance. However, once I did all four tires and took a step back I understood that my tires now looked new, not polished. The product is easy to apply. You just have to be a little bit careful about getting it on your wheels. When I got some on my wheels it came right off. It’s not fair to punish a product for what I imagined it would be, rather than for what it describes itself to be. Hence the five stars. It is very effective at restoring the look of your tires.

We bought a 2004 Suzuki Vitara for my son. The car is white w/black trim. We live in FL and the sun is brutal during the summer. The black trim on his car literally was gray. After he got the windows tinted nice & dark the gray bumpers/trim seem to stand out all the more. I researched this product and found numerous reviews across the net praising the results people had with it. One morning my son pulled the car into the garage and w/in a few hours his bumpers looked like they were brand new. One of his buddies at work even asked him if he got new bumpers when he saw him in the parking lot! It’s been over a month and they are as black as the day he refurbished them and seem to be holding strong. My son parks in the yard, due to two cars & one garage, and he parks in the bright sun at work as well. I love this stuff and have stored the remaining away just in case we need touch-ups! I highly recommend it and it is very easy to apply! =]

My newly acquired 2021 Lexus had relatively new tires with dingy brown and grey color on them that was very noticeable. I tried the Wesley’s Bleach White and other soaps to try to scrub them back to black. Nothing worked until I purchased this product. I used a described and still have over half the bottle remaining. Easy stuff and gets your tires back to black. As noted, this product makes your tires matte black. For a shine apply another product. This product is not for a shine, but bringing your tires back to a black Color. Very happy with this product.

I had sunbleached tires, very chalky looking, clean thoroughly with pressure washer allowed to dry, then applied product. The tires look great and not shiny and weird, it’s really a Black rubber Colorant .
It was relatively easy to apply, but I would definitely buy a sponge or cheap applicator brush from hardware store, sponge applicator does not spread nicely around raised letters or tired logo.
Has been eight days since application and have driven through pouring down rain in Seattle and still looks good. Looks like container will do at least two cars large! SUV tires and still have some left over.
A little expensive but for the effect definitely worth it.

This stuff is NOT worth the price. In fact, I will not use it anymore even if it was free. It’s a mess and does NOT keep a shine. After the first rain without even driving the car I am seeing ugly streaks running down the tires. I used this JUNK on 2 tires and spray on Black Magic io the other 2 tires just for a comparison. After a week of rain and driving the Black Magic tires looked much better than the Tire Gel JUNK tires and is not near as messy to apply.

This product works fine and does make a difference, except you may first want to wash your tires and then let them dry out for a few hours. I did not wash my tires and just applied the coat. See the pictures. For a more meticulous job, I would recommend washing the tires first, letting them dry and then apply multiple gel coats on consecutive days. This bottle is good for several coats.

I began using the Forever Black Tire Gel Kit right after I got my Goodyear Eagle GT’s on my 2005 Ford Thunderbird. I like to customize my vehicles so I sent my new tires sent to Diamondback Classics Tires in Conway, South Carolina. Upon their arrival there, Diamondback “sanded” micron by micron almost all of the lettering and lines from the sidewalls to give them what is called a “Smoothie” appearance, and giving the tires an old bias-ply, super smooth appearance. Well,they looked completely awesome upon installation, but they were dust “magnets”.
So I ordered the Forever Black Tire Gel Kit and what a difference it made. The Smoothies look like they are nearly always shiney. And they look very, very jet black. If you are a detail-oriented individual, someone who loves to make their car look their best at all times, Forever Black Tire Gel Kit is an inexpensive “freshen-up” for those tires. You may want to do two or three full applications your first time out of the box to get the best, deepest black, and then just maintain your vehicle as usual. I apply it now about once every 6 to 8 weeks (depending on how much I drive)for a lasting effect.
It’s easy too. Just FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS and apply it SLOWLY for the first couple of rounds or until you get the feel of it and are comfortable with applying it. You may want to have a couple things with you before you start: small stool to sit on, microfiber cloths, small foam brush for around wheel, it is sort of hard to get off your wheels. IN THE EVENT YOU GET THE GEL ON YOUR WHEELS, you can easily wipe it off while wet, but if you missed a spot and it got on your rims and dried, go to a car wash with a pre-soak and high-powered wand, it will come right off. It is a type of dye so you do want to be careful, and make sure you understand the directions.
