My contention is with the idea of having one of these, in Black, matched up with a Red Marine Battery Terminal Cover, as a set. I am using MRBF Terminal Fuse Blocks ONLY on the Positive Battery Terminal. The negative terminal has a bayite 100A Current Shunt on it and it lays flat.

I have two cables coming into the battery terminal for both positive and negative. These fits perfectly around the two cables and completely cover the lugs and the battery terminals. They look good too.

Seems to be a thick, sturdy material that will hold-up well over time. Rather than feed my leads through the opening I simply made a few cuts and popped them over the top of the terminals. They stay in place, work well, and give additional peace of mind.

These terminal cover really did the trick. I have an M35A2 Deuce and a Half Army truck, which has a 24 volt system, so two batteries. There are two large (1/0 AWG) wires plus a smaller wire that all connect to one battery terminal. The terminal covers, with a bit of effort, stretched nicely over all three wires – without tearing or breaking. I was very impressed! They look great and they are made in the good ole USA.
