I used this charger for 2 days and the first day I used the charger I drove for neighboring city which is about a 45 min drive and the charger only charged my phone 6-7 percent. Which I don’t think that qualifies for fast charging. My wall charger charges my phone 15-20% within a 10 min period. Now this phone was good at holding the charge. Which isn’t bad either, however I don’t have the option to charge 2 phones at one time. I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and when the phone is on the charging pad it covers up the usb-c slot so I can’t even it use it charge another phone.

I don’t have a Honda but this charger was able to fit my car. It connected easily to my USB port supplying the necessary power to the unit. When I place my iPhone 14 it immediately starts charging. The charge area is fairly narrow so you have to make sure you place it in the correct spot for it to work.

I installed this wireless charger in my 2018 Honda Accord. My phone is a Google Pixel 7a. I have had no trouble charging this phone with other wireless chargers; however, this charger will not charge the phone. What I found happens is that the green light turns on when I put the phone on this mat. Then, within one minute, the green light turns off, leaving just a white light. I recently took two 4-hour trips and had my phone on this mat for most of those trips. It was clear that the phone did not charge on either trip. On the first trip, I ended up with the phone at 29%, while the second trip ended up with a phone at 46%.
I noticed that the power adapter, which plugs into a standard car power outlet, has written on it “Output 12 V.” This is very concerning. The output port on this adapter appears to be a standard USB-A port. If that is the case, then the power output is supposed to be 5 volts, not 12 volts. Other than this charging mat, I did not try connecting anything else to this port for fear of damaging whatever I might have plugged into it. If this mat really requires 12 volts to work properly, then it is a bad design, because there should be a different type of connector used so you do not accidentally plug something other than this wireless charger into it. I should also mention that on one of my trips, I powered this charger from the supplied power adapter and on the other trip, I powered the charger from a standard USB power adapter plugged into the car’s power outlet because I wanted to see if that made any difference. It did not. My phone would not charge with either option.
I do have a Spigen case on my Pixel 7a. Perhaps without the case, this wireless charger would work. I did not test that. I have had no problem charging this phone using wireless chargers made by two other companies so I see no reason to suspect that this charger would not be able to charge my phone when the protective case is on it, if it were capable of charging a phone.
