I’m using this to extend the connection to a solar panel battery charger for a Honda Pilot. I tested the cable with a multimeter and the power switch and LED functions as expected. The male-to-male, female-to-female adapter is useful if you have a charger or device connection that has the red / black wires switched around. The plastic on the plug and switch feel like the school “Bakelite” plastic.
