Put this on a 2006 Jeep Liberty, had to get some smaller nuts for the flange studs because the studs on the original flange were a little bigger and it did not come with knew nuts, everything fit together on the jeep great, easy to install

No idea why the manufacture would simply throw the tail pipe, clamps and muffler in a thin as paper cardboard box and expect it not to creat holes and release the clamps and nuts during shipping!?!?! Only received the pipe, tail pipe and one u of a clamp along with one empty clamp box. Rest, Gone With the Wind!! I’d pick a different exhaust set up. Hopefully that cares enough about its product to actually package it for the trip. Avoid.

Happy customer here. Very fast shipping. Easy to install and I am not a mechanical person at all. My exhaust was very loud before people knew when we pulled in lol. Not no more. A few things I struggled with on my 02 Jeep Liberty were old exhaust bolts were to rusted to remove with tools I used my cheap angle grinder with a cutting wheel which worked great. Also my exhaust seemed a little short but maybe that’s how it was supposed to be. Where the flange goes into the muffler was doesn’t overlap very much just a inch but I put the clamp on tight and it felt sturdy and have had no problems. Also I had to replace the nuts for the flange which I had to cut off but cost .90 cents at local hardware store.

You can’t reuse the nuts that go on the flange. The new part uses Metric M8 and had to get nuts from HW store to install. The overall length is about 3″ too short, was able to mount but the hangers are positioned all the way forward and the clamps are only clamping about an inch of the pipe which if the length was correct the fit and clamps would be better positioned. May need to get an extension pipe.

I think it might be quieter than the original. There was a problem with the front hanger touching a body part on the Jeep. (I have no idea why that body part was there. It is original.) I had to cut down the tip of the hanger to keep it from rattling. Did not receive the nuts (or they fell out of the box) for the pressed in bolts on the flange. Had to beat them out and use my own bolts, nuts, and washers.

Replacement kit worked perfectly. Hardest part getting the two old rusted nuts off the bolt. As others have said only thing kit doesn’t come with are 2 replacement flanged nuts M8 x 1.25. Could not be happier with the kit!
