Fits and works fine, only issue that I found out is normal is the Line that connects to the EGR itself is slightly smaller. Only point out incase other notice it. But apparently that’s normal, CEL (Check Engine Light) is off and running fine. No complaints.

Check engine light code P0401. I purchased this exact part and after the annoying install, realized it wasn’t tightening fully even with no more room to turn long bolt! Had to remove and compared new bolt was 1/2 inch LONGER than the original bolt! Used old hardware and it went in fine! AFTER install, issue was that computer has to “learn” settings with new valve. Initially, started fine and smooth. Walked away to store tools while it idled and warmed up. Came back and it was shuddering and sputtering! “Power” issue on dash lights illuminated! A lightning bold inside two curved lines. Shut down. Researched… Reset computer by removing negative battery lead for 10 minutes. Reconnected and started and immediatley drove it around several miles to help computer “learn” new egr valve settings. Seemed to have work fine! No more check engine light! A little jumpy initially while hitting gas but after several miles, felt like it had settled down and drove normally. Keeping fingers crossed it stays good.

The mechanic that installed this device said that it is defective. The computer rejected it with a problem code on the vehicle.

Bought this for my vehicle. After replacing, the problem came back. Have proof from my mechanic. And, of course, return window is closed
