Arrived on time but supposed to be factory replacement and now window doesn’t roll all the way down.

I purchased this for my Jeep Liberty, both sides front window regulators. The driver side came not completely attached to the packaging, but seemed okay so I installed both. Now a couple months later the driver side is already broken again. The plastic piece that holds the cable snapped. I’m very disappointed and would recommend spending the extra money for a quality replacement, it’s much more affordable than having to buy two and do the job twice.
