Pa- in South Texas –
If they had any kind of instructions – It’s a learn by doing thing – Anyway here goes: Arrived bout 4 days early, good. had removed the old tracks already, so here we go. First you want to hook them up and run the window brackets DOWN about half way or you can’t get it to go in place so the bolts will fit. So do that first. The rest is kind of easy. With the window bracks lowered things go pretty good. The fun part comes when one side of the window lags behine the other side and you have a gap (not all the way up)like half inch or so.. It would go down great, but not up , what the heck is going on? Well the back side of the window was not even with the front, so what woke me up at 2:00 in the morning was the answer.. I needed to loosen the bolts on the front track ( side next to the henges) and lower that track, then tighten the bolts again. Now the back side (next th the latchs) I Had to raise that track up enough that I wouldn’t have a gap at the top back edge of the window so it would seal all the way. It’s a fun thang.. ha
