Fit perfectly on my d16y7. I replaced an old one that was squealing when AC would kick on. Like others have said, pay attention to the orientation when installing. Flat side goes against the engine.

Works for my 2001 Forester. I replace it every 25k miles or when I start hearing a squeal.
