Bought as a switch for 510mm mod kits. It was to replace one part of the mod kit that failed[mod kit’s LED push button fail].
Nice, solid construction. Switch action is nice, with a solid “Clicking” feel to it.
They are made to fit a 1/2″ hole in your project box, or the dashboard of a vehicle, or whatever & whenever you’ll be needing this switch for.
I like the fact these terminals are SCREW TENSION type and not solder. [though I suppose you could solder them].
I just tinned the end of my 2 wires and inserted them into the 2 terminal holes. Then tightened down the terminal screws and the wires were connected nice and solid.
Only issue was that these were NOT for PRIME delivery. That said, they did arrive within about 10-14 days; if I recall correctly. Fast enough for my needs.
Would recommend.
I would buy again if needed.

This is a nice, sturdy button with a nice tactile feel and a short activation travel. I thought the diameter of the whole button was 12mm, but that is only the size of the push part. the outside of the bezel is 17mm. Might be a little large for my motorcycle handlebars, though I might still be able to make it work. Great price.

Nice. Are they made substantially? Well I used mine to install a push button start in my RV which is a Ford V10 engine with almost 900cca battery. So far so good. And yes this was only used to trigger the relay I installed. And it’s not a cousin Eddie RV, it’s quite a bit north of 100 grand. Anyway works perfectly for my application.

I ordered 10 of these switches as I have been doing projects they have been great … Except for whwn they dont work.. 🙁 now they are out of the return window and I have 3 switches that do not work they stay in a open state and the blue terminal part spins free inside the metal casing. Check these before your need then and thw return window closes!

I used this for an over-ride switch, so I don’t need to plunk in a quarter to play my Skee Ball game.
It fit perfectly in the ‘key lock’ hole and you really don’t see it unless you look for it.
Being flush, you can bump against it without it closing the circuit, Nice.

I bought two packs of these for a project in my car, and they’re definitely pretty sturdy and work well. There is some variation between them; one might feel a bit different, sound slightly different, or the button might sit a bit differently in its casing than the others, but these are very minor and the build quality for the price definitely makes up for it. I especially love the screw terminals, which gave me a chance to use some more of the giant pack of wire ferrules I bought ages ago. I certainly wouldn’t want to just stick bare wire into the terminals by themselves, but if you don’t have any ferrules, some solder on the ends of the wire should work just as well. Overall a great product!

I wanted these for a simple breadboard project I’m doing. They’re beautiful, they work great, and the screw terminals are amazing to get projects up and running quickly. No missing screws in my bag.
