スバルXV(GT7)のナビ上部のインパネに取り付けて使用しています。
同ESR製のMagSafe対応のiPhoneケースを使用していることもあり、振動でデバイスが落下したりズレたりということも無く快適に使えています。
また、アームはレバー式ロックでしっかり固定でき、アーム裏面にはクッションシートが貼られていてインパネを傷つけにくくなっていて好印象でした。
吸盤は粘着力と言えるくらい強く、しばらくしてから剥がそうとすると両面テープ！？と思えるくらいガッチリ固定されていて剥がすのが一苦労なくらいです。
気になる点としては、アームやボールジョイントの可動域が意外と狭かったり、MagSafeの充電スピードが遅かったりという点がありますが、全体的な品質は良く、日本メーカーのOEM製品よりもこちらの方がよっぽどコスパは高いと感じます。

Muy buen acabado. Se adhiere perfectamente al salpicadero. Resulta muy cómo de usar. Discreto. El brazo que cae hacia abajo queda casi oculto. Desde fuera hay que fijarse para verlo. La carga funciona muy bien. Una muy buena compra.

Disappointed After a Month of Use – Not Heat-Resistant
I bought this car phone holder after doing a lot of research. It had great reviews, seemed to be high-quality, and the price was reasonable. For the first few weeks, it worked just fine. But after about a month—probably due to heat—it started falling off my dashboard.
I cleaned the surface and reattached it, hoping it was just a one-time issue. But it fell off again. It’s extremely frustrating, especially since I trusted the reviews and made an informed purchase. A phone holder should be able to withstand typical car heat, especially in warmer areas.
Really disappointed with the performance over time. If you live somewhere hot, I’d recommend looking for something more heat-resistant or going with a vent or CD slot mount instead.

Just as I’d ordered my new iPhone 16, MacWorld raved about an ESR case for it and saved me some trouble of getting the wrong kind. I bought it and I have a long review there. (Link to the case follows). That led me to ESR, its maker. I mention that because while buying the case I became more aware of problems with phones in their cases not magnetically attaching to MagSafe compatible car mounts and desktop stands/charging stations.
Their HaloLock system provides an additional magnet in cases so that they won’t fall off whatever they might be mounted to while charging. I experimented with my phone in its new case with this car mount and it seemed perfect, a good solid magnetic hold. The suction cup grip for its windshield mount option (just a personal preference over the dashboard), appears to be a VERY strong grip, and it didn’t appear to me that pulling this phone off of the magnetic mount would pull it all down. With some practice, I think I can do a little one-handed finger dance to lift it carefully off the mount when I’m ready to go. But if it takes two hands, no biggie in my book. Hands-free driving doesn’t have me pulling the phone of the mount for anything anyway until I’m parked.

I really like this charger. It stuck itself right to my dashboard with no problem and has never loosened in the year that I’ve had it. It’s great having a wireless charger that I can just put my phone on and it locks right into place. I have a Rocform case on my Iphone and I unfortunately had to take the big magnet off the case for it to work properly but otherwise this thing is great. Keeps my phone charged when I am doing Doordash. Plus it just looks really cool. Like I have a computer right next to me while driving. It’s like Knight Rider.

Works awesome. I drive truck, and drive on rough roads often. Have never had the magnets drop phone, and suction has never once come undone. The sticky suction works so well, if you ever had to move it, you might as well remove the entire dash and install it all in the next vehicle. This thing STICKS! The brackets are solid. Phone doesn’t shake what so ever even on the roughest roads. I have it paired up with a 12v fast charge block. Seems to charge up decent. Can’t really comment on how fast things charge. My phone is usually charged to 100% all day from being on the mount most of my work day.

It’s very sturdy, my phone is secure enough with the strength of the magnets, the only problem is, it doesn’t charge my phone. I cannot get the charging feature to actually charge my phone but every other feature is quite durable and I feel like my phone is secure. I do knock it off frequently, but it is the ultra model aka larger than average phone, heavier on those magnets. The regular model likely would not as easily get knocked off. It does hold well when I am navigating using the touch screen. Over all, it’s a good product I recommend.

I purchased this because just under 2 years ago I got a similar priced version off Amazon that in the heat would slowly come off more and more, until one day it refused to stick back on period.
So far, this one seems sturdy, and has a good suction, but if I recall, the other one was similar at first. I will update this review in the summer as to how it’s working. Currently we are getting 20s-70s each day, as typical NC winter, but in the summer the heat level will go over 100 and this thing will be put to the test.
If there is no update and it’s summer, assume everything is working well.
No charging hiccups either, my previous one would falter occasionally. Super easy to use and install, took seconds. Seems durable, I use an iPhone 14 Pro Max with a lens mount case and it’s durable enough to hold that. It fits fine, even though I have a large phone, just had to position it a little higher. My phone doesn’t get too hot either while charging.
