This. I FINALLY found the perfect phone mount for my car! I’ve been on the hunt for a long time searching for a mount that is compatible with my phone case that has a pop socket, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with this one. It has a very strong magnetic hold and it fits perfect over the pop socket! The magnetic hold is great…not a single doubt in mind that my phone will ever fall off, but also still easy enough to take the phone off with no issue. Fits perfect in the cd slot on my radio. I drive a truck with not the smoothest ride and have no issues with shaking/rattling. Hardly noticeable. I highly recommend this mount to anyone looking for one that is compatible with your popsocket and don’t want any damage or weakening to it. Forget the flimsy slide on tiny mount, this is all you’ll need.

You receive 1.) The mount (which contains the magnet) and 2.) A couple metal rings which adhere to the back of your phone case. They slip over your existing PopSocket (no need to remove the PopSocket to install).
The metal ring that you adhere over/around your PopSocket is what sticks to the magnet in the mount. It doesn’t interfere with ApplePay or anything. Its just a thin metal ring.
The mount is VERY sturdy and attaching the phone to the mount and removing it is very easy and there is a strong connection. When driving, you dont get any bounce or feeling like its going to fall off.
You only get 2 metal rings to start. My big question was, I have a battery case and a light weight case that I change out for my phone depending on my need. My partner also uses my truck so he would need to be able to attach his phone. Plus I was thinking about the future; what if I bought a new case? So I emailed their customer service (they provided a card inside the box with an email address for any questions) and within a day they responded back with a link where you could buy additional rings if you needed: encased.com/?post_type=product&s=lolli+Lockit Hopefully that link that I just included will be allowed for this review. This is a great mount. We are bringing it with us on our 3 week vacation to England so that we can use the GPS on our phone in the rental car.

The mount adhered to my dash extremely well but wasn’t so tightly bonded I wasn’t able to get it off or leave any residue. Might be worthwhile to mention I only dusted the dashboard and didn’t wipe it down with any type of cleaning solution.
I honestly wish I could give this product 0 stars. It worked for all of five minutes during my first drive after installing. The next time I got in my car, the mount drooped after putting my phone on it. I tried to tighten it, and then what I will call the “head” of the mount fell off. So then I took the entire mount off my dashboard to get a closer look to try to put it back together. When trying to put the head of the mount back on, another piece of the mount just fell off! I would return this product if it weren’t past my return window, which closed August 1 – five days ago. I didn’t get around to finalizing the return due to finishing up my job search and moving to a new location.
Don’t waste your time.

Attaches to the phone securely via the included metal ring/magnet and it fastens into the CD player snuggly. This mount exceeded my expectations, it works very well and makes attaching and detaching my phone extremely easy

I purchased 2 of the LolliLocket car mounts in July. My wife’s 3rd or 4th car mount failed – the kind with the adjustable arms that hold her phone – it’s just a matter of time before one side or the other stops moving – just locks in place. I was ready to try something new. My wife and I both have Galaxy S10+ phones, and we love our LolliLocket mounts ! My wife was able to install her car mount on a smooth spot of her Odyssey dashboard. I mounted mine to my windshield – I didn’t think the suction cup would attach to the grainy vinyl of my Mustang dashboard. With the Florida sun/heat, the gel that helps the suction cup hold, melted. It was a gooey mess that I removed with some Goo Gone, but the suction cup wouldn’t attach to anything. I contacted the seller, and explained what happened. I only requested a new suction cup, with gel, but Encased sent me a whole new unit. Hoping to preserve this car mount, I found I was able to attach to the not-so-smooth dashboard of my Mustang, and all is well again ! Thanks Encased ! I highly recommend this seller !

I love the idea of this product, it’s perfect for a car like mine where the windshield is just too far away for a glass mounted mount. The actual mount itself is perfect, sturdy, and the magnet in it is strong.
The metal ring is a different story. The adhesive on it is just…bad. I’ve been using mine for just a couple of weeks (got it as a gift for Christmas) and the adhesive is pretty much gone. The ring is falling off my phone. This is a massive disappointment because I was looking forward to this product immensely.
To note: I did clean my phone with rubbing alchohol prior to application of the ring, and my popsocket has no issues sticking to my phone at all.

I thoroughly enjoy the ease of use of this phone mount. The adhesive on the back of the metal ring that attaches to phone is not quite strong enough to remain attached when phone is removed from mount. This was easily fixed with a dab of super glue. The magnet is secure and the mount itself is adjustable so that it can fit into various sizes of CD players. The head of the mount pivots in all directions for easy access. I highly recommend this mount.

Holy cow!! The stickiness of the suction cup is crazy! I didn’t think it was going to come off my window without breaking the mount. I have a flat area on my dash that I moved it to, and it has stayed there with my phone, arm out with no problem! It came with 2 magnets (white or black to choose from) to put with the Pop Socket (bought separately). The magnet sticks on with 3M then installed my Pop Socket after. When I put my phone on the mount, it stays very well and it’s sturdy!

I’ve purchased about 6 of them so far. Work great. However, there needs to be an easier way to get additional magnetic rings that goes around the PopSocket, when you change cases.
