This thing does not work as advertised the little motor will work it’ll turn on but it won’t stick to anything I couldn’t even get it to stick to the glass in my car let alone the dashboard. I was in Texas when I got this thing and I couldn’t return it Don’t bother wasting your money!

This review was bitter sweet. I’ve used this for a couple months now. So I still use the mount but there’s a couple things I don’t like. The battery does not stay charged long. When I use it I have to leave it plugged into power; otherwise, it will lose suction and fall off. It will always fall off when I leave the car for any amount of time. The mechanism is constantly having to resuction so it’s making that noise every 10 mins or so. That being said I do like that I can put it almost anywhere and my phone rotates and positions very well so I still use it and when it’s plugged in the suction is very good and the magnet holds my phone very well. My phone has never dropped off while driving as long as it’s plugged into power or it has some battery charge left. That’s why I’m in the middle on this one. It’s not great but it’s not terrible either.

The idea of the product is cool and if you just leave it on a regular counter top facing upwards it could be fine. However if you try to use it anywhere else; like hanging on a wall or mirror as suggested, the suction readjusts itself every few seconds making a loud mechanical noise. As well as the magnet that helps my phone hold to the product itself wouldn’t stick to my phone and the magnet on the holder kept ripping it off the back of my phone.

Does not function as stated and shown. Suction is weak on flat surfaces even, such as a desk. Vacuum motor constantly turns on on its own when not in use killing the battery and causing annoyance as it’s loud, which is ironic as it’s not powerful.

I love this thing! great quality, and contrary to other options it’s a powered option so if it’s ever slipping in suction, it automatically suction back up which saves you a lot of headache versus the twist ones.

Maybe I didn’t read the description completely. The magnet holds the phone with no issues of the phone falling off; however, the suction does not work on my car dashboard. I had to place it on the dash panel, which is not the perfect position for me.

I love this device. One of the ways that this is better than the one that has a manual suction is that if your service is not 100% flat or has some quality that might make the session release little by little, this one detects and sections in back to keep it tight. It does my phone very well even with my case on it my case does have the charging symbol that has the circle with the dash pointing down, which means you can charge it wirelessly. Most cases that can do that symbol this comes in handy when you just wanna show somebody what you’re doing during your day and you can attach it to any flat surface and start recording with your phone when I first got this, the box was damaged as well as the product. I contacted them immediately. They got a new one out to me very quickly. It was extremely well done. You don’t find a lot of companies that work with you this easily. I do like that you have to ways to extract from the base and from the part that holds the phone you can set it exactly how you want very excellent quality product.
