Worked great in my 2001 Dodge RAM 2500 2WD with the 5.9 Cummins. I had to add an adapter for the temperature sensor which just grounds out once temperature is reached. Use a separate switch and ground out the connection to force the fans to go on. I bought a separate radiator new with dual fans from ebay so this was very helpful in easily connecting to two fans.
