These do a good job holding an AirTag in a rectangular carrier. They are not the same size as credit cards or business cards, the pictures accurately depict them as more oblong. They are smooth and will slide into a wallet or pocket easily.

An Airtag in your wallet just pokes out too much. You will notice it clearly, so any reason you would want to put an airtag in your wallet then becomes pointless if it is obviously inside. A better option would be to use the apple wallet with the find my feature. The apple wallet records the last time it was connected to the back of current iPhone models, in the Apple find my app. So if you are able to use the Magsafe feature on the back of the current iPhone, then reduce your wallet cards down to three main cards, then use the newer Apple wallet version with the find my feature.
The reality is that this card with the airtag is somehow too small and too large. The airtag will make your wallet bulge out, and the silicone tag holder should be a little taller. Like the full size of a credit card, instead a little over half the size of a normal card. This allows the card with the airtag to sit in a strange spot in the wallet, depending on the wallet type you are putting this into. The darker color is fine, other than everything just sticks to the silicone material in your pocket. This thing just gets covered with pocket stuff in a short time.
If you absolutely do not care about having a bulkier wallet, and absolutely feel that you need an airtag inside your wallet because you cannot switch to a smaller wallet, or whatever. This will work as an airtag holder for your wallet though. And for the price, the issues with size can be worked around.
But if you are planning this out in your head, there may be better solutions than this. The way I now deal with carrying around a ton of cards, is that I just have two wallets. The Apple Magsafe wallet keeps my ID and two main bank cards. My other regular wallet goes into my sling bag, with my iPad. So that way there is Apple find my tracking individually on my iPhone and iPad, with the Magsafe wallet recording the last location my wallet was attached to the back of the iPhone. With a luggage lock on the bag.
The bulkier Airtag in the wallet is not as much of an issue if you are carrying your second wallet inside a sling bag, or whatever else. If you are unable to track your bag with a separate cellular iPad. This would not be comfortable if using a wallet in the back pants pocket. Which for real, no one should ever be carrying a wallet in their back pants, or shorts pocket in todays world.
