Al –
Works well, easy to assemble, and well-finished. No leaks, and went together pretty well. A couple tips: a little lubrication with light oil helps on the threads, and if you do not want to damage the finish, I found that wrapping the fittings with a few layers of painters tape helped protect the anodizing from my vise and wrenches. I do not expect any issues in the future, these seem like a good product.
Divingout –
I have been using Russel fittings for decades. They were always of consistent and reliable quality, and I never had to worry about how they would function. The alloy was durable, they looked great, and the anodizing was tough. I received my first Russel 610110 -10AN fitting last week and immediately called Amazon to report that I received a cheap Chinese fitting instead of the Russel I ordered. They (as usual) sent a new one out immediately and provided excellent customer service. I received a new one overnight, and was very unhappy to see it was exactly the same as the first. I returned it too. What I didn’t find out until this morning though, is that these WERE the correct Russell fittings – they just no longer make them in the USA and it shows. The anodizing is terrible and thin and missing on several of the sharp edges, the fitting feels lighter like its from an inferior alloy, and the “R” Russell logo that used to be prominently displayed on them is no longer visible like it used to be. It only seems to appear in one spot and is so light you don’t even notice it. Sad day for a once great line. Save your money and either buy one that’s still made with quality or just buy a Chinese one for 1/4 the price and get the same thing. Shame on you Russell for charging “US made prices” for lower quality Chinese parts.

Installed on my turbo 460 Ford for the turbo drain. Worked perfectly and no leaks. I previously installed a cheaper version, from Amazon, that leaks like crazy even with proper install. This one has no leaks!
