It for perfect in my 1979 ford Bronco with the 400ci motor and factory 2 barrel carburetor. I needed clearance because I installed a general motor style distributor and it has a bigger cap then the factory Ford distributor.. Great breather for the money, great airflow as well!! When it’s time to change the filter I’ll be looking for a taller one being I have the room.
It was great fit good looks good it’s light tho . So keep the heat away from it . But good over all –

I bought this so I didn’t have to spend $100 on a nicer air cleaner, I was pulling the motor in my truck and was gonna paint it so I wanted to spiff it up a little bit. I put it on a 2.8l v6 gmc s15, so really anything with a 2.8l v6 will work. KEEP the old carb stud, that will offset it from the tbi to fit the air cleaner, but I will have to buy a different wingnut to fit the stud, other than that no problem. Looks good, a little on the cheap made side, but you can’t really tell. Thanks, very good purchase.

This air filter is a great deal for the price. But I didn’t realize it was smaller than I wanted. Shame on me for not measuring. My 71 Chevy 350 truck looked silly with this intake air cleaner. I did an easy return to Amazon, and ordered a 14” one. 5 stars because the description clearly stated it is a 10” air cleaner. It was exactly what I wanted, except for the size. If you need a 10” air cleaner, this is a good one! Thank you Amazon for easy returns.

On my bike, combined with a fuel commander and somewhat fruity exhausts, adds about 15BHP. Looks like a Harley original style filter. Absolutely non-restrictive for 1300cc, designed for about 5,000cc.
The paper filter is obviously designed for flow, not filtration, so don’t go rallying with it.
