Nice replacement but nothing to brag about. It performs fine. Haven’t changed the oil after running this one, so I can’t say how well it performs.

With German engineering way over rated and over priced, this product is a relief from the challenge of changing my oil in a VW. The filter for the car is not carried at the local stores, so ordering on Amazon is the way to go.

My biggest issue with this and the two star rating is that it didn’t fit completely how it was supposed to, managed to make it work and works for now, but I probably won’t buy again for my VW.

Does not fit a 2018 VW Atlas, even though Amazon says it will. Both ends of the cartridge are the wrong size. Had to throw it away and go buy one at the local auto parts store.

Fit my 2013 Passat V6 with no problems. The filter element seems to be of decent quality.

This contractor kept sending me the wrong item. I’m only stating this here so that the contractor will see this and fix their listing. The item is probably great and the item probably fits and works perfectly, but unfortunately what I’ve been given is the wrong item twice. See photo. Don’t take this review as bad on the item. Just be warned they may send you the wrong item
