Big improvement over stock. I’m sure its written somewhere that I didn’t notice but the FA617R is for the RIGHT side (one wheel-2 pads) and the FA618R is for the LEFT side (one wheel-two pads).

Wow, do these things stop. Far better braking power than factory pads. But that comes at a price, pads only lasted 5-6 rides. (Outlander 850XMR). As a disclaimer, I do ride mostly mud

Great brakes way better than race driven products

The brakes are drop in replacements for the original equipment. The OEM brakes lasted about 200 miles! Ridiculous!! I have already put an additional 200 on these pads and they barely show signs of use! The stopping power is excellent with no fading noticed. The concerns were sintered pads would be loud and squeal with the new G2 frame So far I have only heard them once during a wet , hard braking effort. I ride a lot of mud, dirt and water and these EBC pads are doing everything I expect. I would definitely recommend these over the original OEM pads or the available OEM alternative pads that are supposed to last longer. They are better and less expensive!
