Really good little trickle charger for the price, simple to use and understand. It has a user manual that tells you what it does in a dozen or so languages, the wording isn’t always clear, but you can figure it out. The charger itself is pretty nice the battery clamps are good quality and it comes with an extra pigtail to wire directly to your battery in the bike and connect to the charger with a SAE type plug. The charger body plugs directly into the wall plug like a transformer type power supply. This has its good points and bad, the good is most chargers have a plug in power cord and output wires to the battery which means the charger has to sit somewhere in the middle between the plug and battery while this charger has an extra-long battery connection cable and the charger is right on the plug outlet so it’s less likely to get knocked over and with only one wire it doesn’t get tangled when stored like two cord chargers do. The bad is if the terminals in you wall outlet are old and loose the charger might not stay plugged in but that’s a problem with the outlet and would happen with any transformer type power supply. The best thing about this charger is it can be left hooked up all winter long and it will turn off and on and maintain your battery automatically.

So far this unit has charged and maintained good voltage on my riding mower. I went the hardwire option and just leave the charger mounted on the mower. It charges 6vdc and 12vdc batteries. It also has several other options.
The unit itself feels a little light and cheap. The clamps are definitely light weight.

The charger may be a bit thick and stand off oddly from the wall, but my battery is a lot more usable now than it was the 3 days before I pulsed it back up. It holds 1.7v higher than it was sitting when I pulled it from the truck. Color me impressed.
Settings take a hot minute to settle in and start, but once it gets going, it tells you when it is done! That is just cool. Usually you have to make a guess or use another tester or whatever but this was neat. It made my life a lot easier on the deep cell battery with having the same connector as I have on the solar panel it hooked to. Super easy for me to use. Unhook from one and into the other. Wait for the END message for the pulse or FULL for the charging mode and swap back. This just happens to have nifty safety caps to protect all it’s ends.
The lcd is crazy hard to see from any angle but near head on, but reads clear in direct sun or dark once you have that angle down. Easy to swap through the modes and no guessing about the voltages. The wires they used for the leads seem a bit on the smaller side, but I did not detect heat creep on them and the battery are all a lot happier now than before I got this.
If you idle a battery in storage for long terms, rotating on a trickle charger will get you a lot more life out of it. This is huge these days when this stuff all get so expensive.

I’ve been testing this charger out on a variety of batteries and so far it has done a great job of identifying the battery voltage (6v or 12v) and charging as needed. It recognizes full batteries and doesn’t try charging them.
I’ve tried it on conventional lead acid, AGM, and LiFePo and it has done well on each. I haven’t had to use the battery repair features but in general it seems like it has a reasonable level of smarts and does a much better job than you might expect from a 1.5a trickle charger.
The charge wires have a standard 2-pin SAE connector in the middle and the charge comes with an end with ring terminals and another end with clips. The nice thing about SAE connectors is that they are a standard so you can get SAE extension cords and a host of other connector types including panel mount connectors. So if you want to use this to connect to a vehicle (or device) with an exterior mounted trickle charge connector, you can probably find or make an adapter to go from SAE to the connector you need.
My only complaint is that it’s an oversized wall-wart so you end up with a big lump on the wall or at the end of your extension cord. But that’s not really a problem, just something to be aware of.

My initial tests with this charger have been quite positive. It’s user-friendly with a straightforward interface, allowing you to select various modes and battery types effortlessly. Although I haven’t yet needed to charge a 6-volt battery, it’s reassuring to have that flexibility for future needs.
One feature I particularly appreciate is the option to use either rings or clips for connections. This is especially handy if you want a permanent setup, like with a lawn mower. You can simply attach the rings and connect the charger directly without fiddling with clips every time, which is a thoughtful addition to its design.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this battery charger. It’s reasonably priced and offers great value. A testament to its durability: I accidentally dropped it from waist height, and it continues to function perfectly. While dropping it wasn’t ideal, the fact that it’s still working great is quite reassuring.
